It is made available only to FiscalLogix staff, and to banks, financial institutions and individuals who have been given access to evaluate the product. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Use this environment only to evaluate BankCIS, or, if you are FiscalLogix staff, for your work. It is not licensed for live banking or any production use. Access is given to you personally, can be withdrawn at any time without notice, and does not create any licence or contract for the product.
Your user name, password and OTP are personal to you. Do not share them or let anyone else sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think someone else knows your password.
Customers, loans, financial statements and reports in this environment are sample data for demonstration. Do not enter real customer data or personal information about real people. Data may be changed, reset or deleted at any time without notice. Nothing shown here, including ratios, ratings, assessments and reports, is financial, credit, legal or other professional advice.
The application, its screens, workflows, reports and content are confidential information of FiscalLogix. Unless FiscalLogix has agreed to it in writing, you must not:
BankCIS™, including its software, source code, screens, designs, workflows, reports, text and logos, is the property of FiscalLogix. You receive no rights in it beyond using this environment as described here. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer or imitate any part of it, or use it to build or improve a competing product.
Logins and activity in this environment are recorded. When you accept these terms, your user name, the date and time, your IP address and your browser are also recorded. We use this information only to secure the environment, manage access and investigate misuse. We do not sell or rent it, and we keep it only as long as needed for those purposes and to meet legal obligations. We aim to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This environment is provided “as is”, for demonstration only, and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time. FiscalLogix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this environment, reliance on anything shown in it, or inability to access it.
We may suspend or withdraw your access immediately, and may take legal action, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and seek to stop any further misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kochi, Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this environment.
We may update these terms. When they change, you will be asked to read and accept the new version before you can sign in.
